There are certain standard costs related to closing the sale of a home. Buyers customarily pay these costs, as specified in the sales contract, however, depending on the contract the seller may have to split some of the closing costs.
"Closing Costs" are the fees that pay for the various services involved when you sell or buy a house. These fees are either paid out of pocket or indirectly by crediting the loan.

The Loan Estimate
Buyers will get a Loan Estimate within three days from when the loan application is submitted to the lender. The Loan Estimate details information like closing costs, taxes, insurance, estimated interest rate monthly payment and more. Getting an estimate doesn't mean you've been approved, but it's the first step toward getting your loan.
We will be glad to review the estimate, answering questions and highlighting costs that sometimes vary a little bit at closing.
